Heating flange with cartridge heaters and ceramic heating elements

Flange plates equipped with cartridge heaters are particularly suitable for use in large tanks. The welded-in steel tubes contain exchangeable Öffnet internen Link im aktuellen Fensterceramic heating elements which can be replaced individually without draining the fluid.

The steel tubes have selectable diameters of Öffnet internen Link im aktuellen FensterØ 36 mm, Öffnet internen Link im aktuellen FensterØ 42 mm and Öffnet internen Link im aktuellen FensterØ 52 mm. The TIG welding process is mainly used to connect them with the flange. The flange heaters should be mounted horizontally.

Similar to standard flange heaters the electrical connection is contained in a housing directly on the flange plate. Control cabinet with protection system IP54 and IP65, integrated thermostat and temperature limiter are optionally available.
